-Canary Islands 12 + 36 customs DUA (Independent of us). Shipments to the Canary Islands are not in 24/48H since they leave on Thursdays by ship, so they can take up to 1 week if they are ordered on a Friday, for example, since they could not leave until the following Thursday to the destination address..
No shipments are made to Ceuta and Melilla.
The size changes will be done for free at any of our physical stores or by writing to email@example.com .
The client will have 14 calendar days to make changes and returns, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The product must be in perfect condition and must retain its original packaging.
In BLACK FRIDAY and CHRISTMAS (11/15/2021 to 01/06/2022) returns can be made until January 8.
You can make the return for free at any of our physical stores.
If you decide to make your return, the shipping costs will be at your expense. The amount of the returned product or products will be refunded to your account, directly deducting the 5 shipping costs for each returned model..
To make the return of your order you will only have to fill out ourreturn form and wait for Customer Service to contact you. We will send you a return label so that you can take the package together with the label (it can be on your mobile or printed) to any post office.
